Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!
“I will give thanks to you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.” – Psalm 9:1
This Thanksgiving, I’m thinking of you and I’m grateful. It feels so good to have a community of people to share life with and to grow with spiritually, mentally, and physically.
I know that God brought us all together at some intersection in our lives for a greater purpose. I believe that we are meant to sharpen one another, and to serve as a source of accountability in our purpose and our fulfillment of the calling on our lives. All of that brings me extreme gratitude and motivation to celebrate heartily today with family and friends.
As you celebrate the holiday, remember to treasure the people that have been gifted into your life. See all of the many ways that they’ve sharpened you and given you strength in times of weakness. And then give thanks to God for the blessing of life that you’ve been afforded today.
- Your life is a gift, treasure it and give thanks for each and every day that comes your way.
- God loves you more than you’ll ever be able to understand. Spend your days sharing that same unconditional, unfailing love with the world.
- The people in your life are not perfect! I repeat: they are not perfect! Extend grace to your loved ones today recognizing that they are imperfect beings and your love could be the boost they need to have a beautiful holiday season.
- Remember the “giving” in “ThanksGIVING” – as you enjoy merriment with your family and friends, serve as a source of giving. Share some love, volunteer to assist with cooking, clean up a bit, give your joy, give your resources to help make the holiday beautiful for someone else!
God loves you and so do I!
Be bold, be BRAVE,
